Accrofab’s UK Fabrications division consists of two facilities within the midlands region in Derby and Alcester respectively – The addition of the Derby facility into the group in 2019 gives the UK Fabrications division a huge breadth of capability allowing over 90% of required processes to be carried out in house. With high technology processes underpinned by industry accreditations UK Fabrications is well positioned to support its customers’ needs.
Alcester
Alcester has capabilities originally focused around special processes (EDM & Laser), this expanded into fabricated components with a concentration on the Power Generation market. Whilst continuing to support both the Aerospace and Power Generation customers in the UK with sub-contract service in EDM and Laser it has also become a strategic supplier into both GE Power and Siemens Energy for Hot Gas Path and Combustion components used in their Gas Turbine offerings…
